His career spans pharmaceutical R&D and prestige beauty — including a decade of senior scientific leadership at The Estée Lauder Companies — giving him a rare vantage point across discovery science, product development, regulatory strategy, and capital markets. His work contributed to a franchise generating over $2B in revenue.

He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from EPFL (Switzerland), an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business, and an MSc from the University of Bologna (110/110 summa cum laude). His doctoral research on LRRK2/ArfGAP1 in Parkinson's disease has accumulated over 1,500 citations.
